It is on the underside of the vehicle so it won't be noticeable. The panel is also removable so you can always replace it if needed like for leased vehicles. We have great hitch options for your 2020 Honda CR-V but all of them do require fascia trimming since the lower fascia of the vehicle wraps around the back of the vehicle to the underside of it. So a hole has to be trimmed for the hitch to fit where it would be needed.

Since your 2015 Audi Q7 is leased the amount of trimming is not relevant because even a tiny bit will void the contract and end up costing you the price of a new rear fascia panel! For your 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan the Curt Class II part # C12177 and the Curt Class III part # C13381 both do not require any fascia trimming for installation. The install is incredibly basic for a hitch. You just temporarily lower the exhaust hangers and then bolt the hitch up in place.
